General Warranty and Service Policy
Our Service Policy
In some shower glass applications, as the walls flex from the weight of the heavy glass, slight adjustments may be needed for optimum functionality. If necessary, Alluring Glass can respond within 24 hours
3 Year Warranty for Labor
In the event that there is any movement in the glass your warranty will cover any adjustments needed in hinge or panel alignment.
3 Year Warranty on Caulking/Silicone Sealant
As all silicones required for use with glazing applications, flexibility is required. Our silicone application is warranted to stay flexible for at least 3 years. Also, mildew resistant silicone does not prevent mildew growth but will reduce and resist growth. In addition, the silicone will carry a 3 year warranty against leaking.
3 Year Warranty on Hardware
Alluring Glass offers a 3 year warranty on all Hardware to the original owner of the product. If at any time you have a problem with the function contact Alluring Glass 513-321-2527. Warranty is limited to the performance of the product.
3 Year Warranty on Glass
Alluring Glass offers a 3 year warranty on optical clarity of all Glass to the original owner of the product. If at any time you have a problem with the optical clarity or build up on the glass contact Alluring Glass 513-321-2527. In most cases, clean water and a high quality squeegee is all that is needed to keep your shower glass clean and optically clear. Warranty is contingent upon squeegeeing the glass every time it gets wet. In the event that soap scum builds up, try Comet Bathroom Cleaner (without bleach). It is safe for the glass and hardware. Clean without Chemicals: Microfiber towels rarely require chemical products to aid the cleaning process.
Glass Shower Doors Warranty Information
When you invest in a glass shower from Alluring Glass, you’re getting a high-performing, long-lasting product expertly constructed of the best materials available, and we’re proud to back that up with a warranty on which you can rely on. We offer a comprehensive, straightforward warranty on all glass shower doors sold and installed by Alluring Glass technicians.
Here’s What we Offer:
  • Alluring Glass guarantees all of its sales and installations, and will repair or replace any faulty glass or hardware. Alluring Glass will provide all labor and materials necessary to fix faulty glass and/or hardware installed for up to three (3) years from the date of installation.
  • Alluring Glass will provide service for silicone, leaking, squeaking, and sagging to its work for three years from the date of installation.
  • Alluring Glass offers hardware provided by US Horizon and Southeastern Aluminum Products. You may view each manufacturer’s individual warranty by clicking on the provided link.
  • Polycarbonate sweeps, wipes, and doorstops are covered for a period of one year from the time of installation. Keep in mind that replacement of these materials is considered routine maintenance of the glass shower door and may need to be done periodically; therefore it is on considered the owner’s responsibility. These materials are readily available for purchase from Alluring Glass, and are easily replaced by the homeowner. These are installed with longevity and performance in mind, replacement is not common, but also not unusual.
Here are our Terms and Conditions:
  • Our warranty is offered only to the original purchaser; that is, the warranty may not be assigned or transferred to someone else, and it terminates upon sale of the home/building in which the product has been installed. We do require proof of ownership.
  • Alluring Glass is not liable for glass breakage, damage or failure due to misuse, or to acts of nature including fire, flood, or earthquake.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by or through faulty design of your residence or business, careless handling, alteration, misuse, or misapplication.
  • Use of harsh, abnormal, or abrasive chemical cleaning products will void the warranty; please follow the guidelines provided at installation for proper maintenance of your product.
  • Discoloration or stains due to improper water chemistry
Basco Lifetime Limited Warranty
Basco Manufacturing Company, an Ohio Corporation (“Basco”), warrants to the original user that the fabricated shower enclosure system (the “product”) sold by Basco shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the (Life of the Product) from the date of the original sale of the product by Basco (the “limited warranty period”), subject to the following conditions.
This limited warranty applies only to materials and workmanship supplied by Basco. This limited warranty does not cover glass provided by others or outside fabrication provided by others. It excludes all wear items, and does not include the AquaGlide Glass Coating. This limited warranty does not cover defects in material or workmanship caused by improper installation of the product; use of improper cleaning products or materials; or caused by accidents, owner or installer negligence, alterations, abuse or misuse. This limited warranty is limited to the repair and replacement of the defective product originally sold by Basco, or, at Basco’s sole discretion, the payment to the original user of the original purchase price for the product paid to Basco. Basco is not responsible for the removal or reinstallation of a product requiring warranty service or the cost thereof. Shipping cost to replace product or parts covered by this warranty are the responsibility of the original user. This warranty is extended to residential applications only. The warranty for commercial installations is limited to one year.
In order to make a warranty claim, the original user shall notify the Basco Customer Service Representative at 513-573-1900, or the original user may send written notice to Basco at 7201 Snider Road, Mason, Ohio 45040, Attention: Customer Service Department. The notification shall specify the date the product was originally sold by Basco, the registration code, and the nature of the defect in material and/or workmanship. Based on such notification, Basco may request additional information from the original user to verify the warranty claim.
This limited warranty shall be the exclusive remedy against Basco relating to the products. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON THE PART OF BASCO. Basco neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to expand this limited warranty or to assume for Basco any other liability in connection with the products sold by Basco. IN NO EVENT SHALL BASCO BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS OR DAMAGE TO OTHER PROPERTY.
Laws and regulations governing the installation, design and use of bath enclosures in building applications vary widely. Basco does not have any control over the selection of product configuration, actual installation, operating hardware or glazing material, and Basco assumes no responsibility thereof. Basco dealers agree to furnish a copy of this limited warranty to all customers who purchase the product from the dealer. The obligation of Basco to provide coverage under this limited warranty is expressly subject to the condition that the original user activates the warranty within 30 days of purchase by registering on-line or calling 1-800-45-BASCO.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion of incidental damages may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Consumer Responsibilities
Your Cardinal Shawer Enclosures are made of tempered safety glass, durable hardware, and the finest aluminum. With the proper care and maintenance, your Cardinal Shower Enclosure will provide a lifetime of use. Cardinal Shower Enclosures does not recommend the use of harsh abrasive cleaners on any of its products, as they may damage the metal or glass finish of your enclosure.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
This warranty extends only to the original owner/end user and For personal household use only. This warranty is non-transferrable. Additional limitations may apply for commercial use.
Cardinal Shower Enclosures warrants to the original owner/end user, the aluminum and vinyl extrusions and hardware For your tub or shower enclosure to be Free From deFects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover any claim arising From abuse, misuse, negligence, leakage, abrasives, accidents, impraper installation or operation, or natural disasters.
Your participating Cardinal Shower Enclosures dealer will repair or replace, at its option, any part of your enclosure found to be defective in materials or workmanship occurring in normal usage during the warranty period. Any parts found to be defective will be replaced free of charge. Cardinal Shower Enclosures reserves the right to charge for delivery to your designated service center. This warranty covers parts only. Labor for installation or removal is not included, nor is damage as a result of incorrect installation.
No other warranties are expressed or implied, including that of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Cardinal Shower Enclosures be liable for special, direct, indirect, or consequential damage, including but not limited to, loss of profits or damage to other property. Any warranty implied by law and not effectively excluded by this warranty are limited to the duration and remedies of this warranty.

Cardinal Shower Enclosures does not control the selection of product, configuration, actual installation, operating hardware, or glazing material, and therefore does not assume any responsibility thereof.
Cardinal Shower Enclosures reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time, and the consumer understands that such modification will not alter the warranty conditions applicable at the time of the sale of the product.
Glass and Surface Protedion
Cardinal Shower Enclosures does not warrant glass for scratches, chips, water spots, breaking or for any other defect after installation.
Glass surface protection systems are not covered under this warranty, but may be covered under another warranty.
